About

Evon Anthony

I work where leadership, systems, inclusion, and accessibility meet, turning complex structures into practical paths for people and the organizations they work in.

My Story

I grew up in Nigeria and built my career in the United States. Along the way I learned to read rooms, cultures, and corporate systems that weren’t designed with someone like me in mind.

One pattern kept showing up. Talented people are asked to adjust to the system long before anyone asks whether the system should change.

Why One Lane Was Never Enough

I could have picked a single path: executive, advocate, educator, or entrepreneur. Instead I built work that connects them. Corporate rigor makes the advocacy credible. Lived experience makes the strategy human. A global view keeps it relevant from Lagos to London and beyond.

Where the Work Lives Today

In organizations, I advise and train leaders to build systems that include more people. With individuals, I coach professionals through transitions, visibility, and executive presence, including how they show up in person and on camera.

What I Believe

“The goal isn’t to fit into one lane. It’s to build better lanes, and help others do the same.”

Underneath all of it is one conviction: your difference is not a weakness. It is your advantage. When who you are and how you show up finally align, confidence stops being a performance and becomes how you lead.
